U.S. WDS Appoints Jim Bocian as President & Chief Operating Officer

Sarasota, FL — January 30th, 2026 — U.S. WDS announces the appointment of Jim Bocian as President & Chief Operating Officer, effective immediately.

In his role as President & COO, Bocian will oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, including execution, operational performance, and leadership across the U.S. WDS platform. Bocian works closely with Matt Whebbe, who will continue to serve as Chairman & Chief Executive Officer. Whebbe retains responsibility for overall strategy, capital allocation, financing, and acquisitions through Firethorn Capital.
